Ruffin Family Demands Action Against Columbia Police | SGTV News 4

In April, 17 year-old Joshua Ruffin was shot and killed by Columbia Police. Since then, Joshua's family and friends have started a movement, called "Justice For Josh," to demand further action be taken against Columbia Police for his shooting. Months later, this movement still continues to make its demands for Columbia Police Officer Kevin Davis to be removed from his job and charged with murder.
